So today was our first ultrasound!! I was sooo excited and nervous. They say that once you see the baby's heartbeat your chance for a miscarriage goes all the way down to 2%. So it's a pretty safe bet that we're in the clear now which is a huge relief!!
The baby was measuring at 6 weeks and 4 days which is a day further than he/she should be which I guess just means he/she is very healthy! So my due date is now June 19th! The heart was beating at 115 beats per minute and the tech even turned on the machine to let us hear it for a few seconds. It was amazing and priceless.
Here are a couple of our first baby pics. Not a whole lot to see, but will hold us over until the next ultrasound which will be November 20th, I will be about 10 weeks along then.

I am so happy for your good news! Sorry it has taken me so long to respond, but things have been a little crazy this week, I have been checking on you.
This will start a whole new chapter in your life, things won't revolve around you and you will sacrifice a lot of things.
Amber, you are a strong person, with all the sadness that you have had in your life, you deserve to be happy. Please think of motherhood as having a piece of you mom, dad and brother back.
Dylan will make a great dad and you a great mom!
